This weekend I wore this dress to lunch for my niece's birthday. I always love having a reason to dress up. I was happy to finally wear this dress after altering it. I bought the dress a month ago at the thrift shop, but it was too big. I think it was a size 10 or so, but I'm not sure, there wasn't a label cause it's handmade. I took in the sides, adjusted the armhole and resized the sleeves, I took in the darts and I shorten the hem. I should have taken a picture of the dress beforehand but I forgot. I think I'm getting better at altering clothes that are too big. I have another dress that I bought that same day that I need to alter as well, so we'll see how that one turns out. I'm also loving my Lotta From Stockholm clogs.
