It's been a while since I've been here in my little corner of the blog world! The girls and I have been busy enjoying our Summer! I can't believe how fast it went by and now the girls have started school. Last Thursday Julia started kindergarten and today was Evie's first day of preschool! I'm so proud that none of us shed a tear! I really thought I was going to cry seeing them go off to school but I just felt so happy to see them so excited to be at school! I think it's going to be a great school year for both of them!
This morning I took these pictures of them right before going to school. I made Julia's dress this Summer but today she finally wore it. I drafted the pattern and I used crochet pieces that I found at a thrift store. The crochet sleeves are my favorite part of the dress and the fabric print, too. Oh and yes, Julia is sporting a new hair do.
Evie is wearing a new Misha Lulu dress from the Fall 2012 line that will be in stores soon. The new Misha Lulu Fall 2012 is beyond adorable! Evie's shoes are vintage and this little girl did not want to take them off when she came home from school. That's how much she loves them.
